How it works for buyers
Weekly deliveries. Order the prior week to start making savings and improving quality!
Options:
- Lamb (minimum: 2 full carcasses)
- Whole carcass: charged at deadweight per kg
- Basic butchery: £22 for primal jointing on full carcass
- Current market price: £10.50 – £11/kg (grass-fed, estate-reared)
- Beef (minimum: half a side)
- Half side: charged at deadweight per kg
- Basic butchery: £45 for primal jointing on full carcass
- Aging option: £20 for 21days full roaster joint
- Current market price: £8 – £8.50/kg (grass-fed, estate-reared, top grade)
