register your interestWe are increasing the availability of premium lamb and beef giving farmers a new avenue for sale. This means farmers get paid more per kg for their product than they would at traditional sale points. All of our farmers deliver high quality premium products with full provenance and traceability.
How it works for farmers
Our farmer receives a premium price per kg less arrangement fee, transport and slaughter fees. The net result is a significant premium to the typical market price.
We offer weekly deliveries and will coordinate with you to arrange your delivery date and quantity.
- Deliver to the abattoir on the pre agreed date and time
- Within 14 days, receive your full payment based on the pre-agreed dead weight (KG) less our arrangement fee and the abattoir fee.
